Delete your information

Use this page to ask Buynsell to delete the personal information tied to your account. You do not need to be signed in.

How to request deletion

1. Enter the email address on your Buynsell account.
2. Add the phone number on the account if you have one, so we can match it.
3. Confirm and submit the form.
4. We email that address when the deletion is finished.

What we delete

• Your profile, including your name, email, phone number, and photo
• Listings you created
• Messages you sent
• Saved items, drafts, and notification settings

What we may keep

We may keep a limited record when the law, a fraud investigation, or a security review requires it. We keep that information only for as long as that duty lasts, then delete it. Read the Privacy Policy for how Buynsell handles personal information.
